    Description

    Papua Initiation Seated Figure from Lower Sepik River Area. Irian Jaya (Indonesia).
    Beautifully carved, very rare expression. The Face is well sculptured and displays the typical patterns of this region. It has beautiful ceremonial colors. Shell eyes,cord hanging from the nose and around hands.
