Founded in 1945 by Ray and Pauline Cash and based in Erwin,Tennessee, this was a most successful family pottery business until the mid 1980's. The green/yellow dogwood (?) pattern pitcher is approximately 4-1/2" high and 3-3/4" across the bottom; it weighs 14.8 oz. The inscription reads, "Made by Cash Family Hand Painted Erwin, Tenn." The second pitcher is a dark tan with a deep or cobalt blue, with, possibly, the "Bittersweet" Pattern. This one is approximately 5" tall and 4-1/4" across the bottom. It has a fluted rim and fluted handle. This one weighs in at 11.6 oz. The inscription on this one reads, "Made by the Cash Family Hand Painted 1945 Erwin, Tennessee." Both pitchers are in excellent condition with no chips, dings or crazing. A welcome addition to your Cash Family or Americana pottery collection! These will be shipped in a Medium Flat Rate Box.
