with over 30 signatures! There are two of the signatures that stand out, Rollie Hemsley & Schoolboy Rowe.
There was a Rollie Hemsley that was a professional baseball player in the 1940’s but left the NY Yankees in mid-1944 to join the Navy and returned to baseball with the Philadelphia Phillies in 1946.
Schoolboy Rowe, his signature is to the right of Lincoln’s forehead, was a baseball player as well. Real name Lynwood Thomas. He missed the 1944 & 1945 seasons to wartime service in the Navy.
PLEASE NOTE: I have not been able to authenticate nor do I confirm that these two signatures are actually from the professional baseball players Rollie Hemsley & Schoolboy Rowe. I'm only noting that the possibility exists.
