Did you buy a used Saab FOB ?
only to find out it was "locked" and not re-programmable ?

We provide a service to re-chip Saab FOBs (keys) to make them usable "one more time".
Most people do not know that once a Saab FOB is programmed to a car, it is "locked" to that car.
It can be erased from that car. and it can only be programmed back in to the original car, not a different car.
The only way to re-use a used FOB is to replace the "locked" part with a NEW, unused part.
This will allow the FOB to programmed (and yes, LOCKED) to your car.
Programming of FOBs requires a dealer tool called a TECH2 tool. There is NO on-board (or owner) programming for FOBs.
What you will need to do:
Ship us the "used FOB" you have purchased.
What we will do:
We will test your used FOB to make sure it is operational before we perform the re-chipping.
(Some FOBs have other parts that are damaged, and re-chipping will not help them.)
We will test the FOB after the re-chipping to make sure you receive a functional FOB.
