Each unit before shipping will be checked, cleaned, tested, and loaded with refrigerant if needed. Original Plastic covers will also be included, cleaned and ready for heating or cooling your space!
Units are obtained from a pre-mature hotel remodel  we completed in the past year. The units were not up for replacement yet and worked perfectly. New managment took over and called for a full overhaul. The new Amana units installed to replace these had so many quality control issues that are not present on these Amana Legacy models.
To make this unit work in your space:

2. Amana Ptac wall box. ~0 on eBay/online. You install the box where you can fit your unit on an exterior wall, unit slides right in.
