Papua New Guinea? Fighting War Club Carved Wood Club Face Pattern Ornate

This is a very interesting antique club. It is very well carved and in fantastic overall shape. It has a few checks in the wood from years of it being stored but it's still is very sturdy and very clean. The inside of the face is hollowed out and it is just a very unique piece that you will not see another one like it. Definitely old dimensions of it are in the photos. The collection that I purchased it from labeled it as being Papua New Guinea made, but that might be incorrect. If you know feel free to correct me.
