This is a new
2021 Forest River Cedar Creek 311RL Fifth Wheel
with a rear living room and Island Kitchen. This Cedar Creek is superior in so many ways, from the construction to the interior fit & finish! The ALL ALUMINUM SUPER-STRUCTURE features handmade 2” x 2” 16”  (or less) on center sidewalls and individually fastened custom “L” brackets combined with Uniroyal ® Silaprene adhesives bond the TRUE Gel Coat fiberglass for a strong flexible frame without lamination or welding!
The 5” radius roof has a calculated insulating value of R-38. The Radiant Shield Insulation, 97% reflective / 3% emission (valued at R-38) along with 2 layers of residential home Eco-Batt Glasswool insulation (valued at R-14) gives “triple” layer insulation that supplements the cohesive retention factors of roof decking and rubber membrane. There is full length 3/8” wood roof decking over 2" x 2" 16” OC 5” aluminum truss roof rafters for a full walk on roof.  All covered by 2 ply rubber roof membrane with built in fire retardant and 12 year limited warranty. The roof is securely bolted to sidewall with 5/16” x 3-1/2” carriage bolts!
The floor is constructed with 5/8” tongue & groove plywood that is glued and screwed to the handmade 3” aluminum frame with in-floor heat ducting is fastened with custom “L” brackets combined with silaprene adhesives. This superior floor construction is atop a cambered 10” I-beam frame with large support outriggers & full length welds.
The floor & underbelly also have a calculated insulating value of R-38 with Radiant Shield insulation along with 2 layers of residential home Eco-Batt Glasswool insulation (valued at R-14). The “triple” layer insulation enhances the protective values of plywood, vinyl, carpet, carpet pads, tank heaters, etc. and makes the 311RL a great choice for your extended season adventures!
The floor and frame assembly is finished with Darco waterproof underbelly wrap and fully enclosed with removable 4’ x 8’ ABS panels for easy access to the tanks. Additionally, there are extra large 12 volt heating pads on all tanks.
Setup will be a breeze with the 6-point “Level-Up” hydraulic leveling system! Just push the auto level button and watch it happen! Other exterior features include a 190 watt solar panel, a large finished front pass-thru garage, front storage compartment, rear ladder, rear view camera prep, tinted frameless windows, MORyde heavy duty entry steps, 16” tires and aluminum rims and more.
You will be amazed upon entering the 311RL. The beautiful mid-kitchen features more then ample storage, a 20.7 cu. ft. refrigerator and solid surface countertops. You will also have a 30” residential stainless OTR microwave, stainless steel finish oven, stylish backsplash, Create-A-Breeze fan, pantry and full extension ball bearing drawer slides.
The main living area features power reclining theater seating and hide-a-bed sofa with premium mattress. In addition, you have a free standing table & chairs, a wonderful entertainment center with a 50” LED TV, stereo, electric fireplace with heat and satellite prep.
The side aisle bath is outstanding with the 48" shower with seat, porcelain foot flush toilet, solid surface counter, 10" Create-a-Breeze fan and linen closet.
You will feel right at home in the residential style bedroom. It features a King bed with a premium mattress in slide out. There will be plenty of storage with the dresser, under-bed storage and huge front wardrobe. The wardrobe features recessed shelving, wide hanging space and washer/dryer prep.

Do you ship RVs?
We can arrange delivery, the current transport rate is .95 per loaded mile (one way) for delivery to the contiguous United States. This rate is subject to change at any time as fuel prices fluctuate. If the rate does change, We will make our best effort to update the rate in a timely manner. You may estimate transportation costs by using an online mapping service, we are located in Walcott, Iowa. You might also check uship.com. It has become very difficult to transport into Canada due to broker requirements, if you would be interested in a rendezvous on the U.S. side of the border, we will provide the required bill of sale, no-recall letter and certificate of origin for Canadian import. Please contact us for our current transport schedule before buying or bidding.
Can you provide us with a hitch?
A standard fifth wheel hitch for a long bed is 0. A slider hitch for a 6.5' bed is 0, that includes installation at our location. Add 0 if you need a brake controller. We use Reese Pro hitch components. *
Additional brackets and hardware may be needed for some trucks.
Does this RV come with a warranty?
All of our new units come with a full manufacturer's warranty, good throughout the U.S. and Canada. In the unlikely event you would need warranty service, simply contact our service department and we will assist you in arranging service at your nearest authorized service center. We also offer the lowest priced extended service plans in the industry!
