. Step up to a Champagne Edition fifth wheel, to experience a higher level of comfort. Champagne is designed with a simple philosophy in mind - Luxury above all else. Tasteful Cabinetry compliments residential appliances for an inviting interior that set a warm tone for an Extended Stay. The 38EBS is a luxury rear living room all season fifth wheel that is superior in so many ways!  From the construction to the interior fit & finish. The ALL ALUMINUM SUPER-STRUCTURE features handmade 2” x 2” 16” (or less) on center sidewalls and individually fastened custom “L” brackets combined with Uniroyal® Silaprene adhesives bond the TRUE Gel Coat fiberglass for a strong flexible frame without lamination or welding!
The radius roof has a calculated insulating value of R-40 with the Radiant Shield Insulation, 97% reflective / 3% emission (valued at R-40) along with residential Eco-Batt Glasswool insulation (valued at R-14) gives insulation that supplements the cohesive retention factors of roof decking and rubber membrane.  There is full length 3/8” wood roof decking over 2" x 2" 16” OC 5” aluminum truss roof rafters for a full walk on roof.  All covered by 2 ply Tuff Ply rubber roof membrane with built in fire retardant and 12 year warranty. The roof is securely bolted to sidewall with 5/16” x 3-1/2” carriage bolts!
The floor is constructed with 5/8” tongue & groove plywood that is glued and screwed to the handmade 3” aluminum frame with in-floor heat ducting is fastened with custom “L” brackets combined with silaprene adhesives.  This superior floor construction is atop a cambered I-beam "Z" frame with large support outriggers & full length welds.
The floor & underbelly have a calculated insulating value of R-45 with Radiant Shield insulation along with residential Eco-Batt Glasswool insulation (valued at R-14). The insulation enhances the protective values of plywood, vinyl, carpet, carpet pads, tank heaters, etc. and makes the 38EBS a great choice for all season adventures!
The floor and frame assembly is finished with Darco waterproof underbelly wrap and fully enclosed with removable 4’ x 8’ ABS panels for easy access to the tanks. There are 12 volt heating pads on all tanks.
Setup will be a breeze with the 6-point “Level-Up” hydraulic leveling system!  Just push the auto level button and watch it happen!  The premium power awning integrate well with the colored true Gelcoat fiberglass and beautiful graphics. The new MORyde® entry steps along with the industry widest 32" door make entry and exit easy and safe. Other exterior features include a TV, mini outdoor kitchen, large finished front pass-thru garage, front storage compartment, rear ladder, rear view and security cameras, tinted frameless dual pane windows, generator prep, 16” tires and aluminum rims, attic vents, remote to control slides, awning, front jacks, patio light, awning light and docking lights.
The Cedar Creek Champagne 38EBS will truly be your home away from home! The kitchen features an Island sink, 20 cu. ft. refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher drawer, wine refrigerator and solid surface counter tops. You will also have a 30” Whirlpool residential OTR convection/microwave, free standing 24” 4 burner LP gas range w/full size oven, premium backsplash, Fantastic Fan with rain sensor, beautiful cabinets with more than ample storage including the wonderful pantry and drawers with full extension ball bearing slides.
The main living area features theater seating power recliners and hide-a-bed sofa with premium mattress. You have a free standing table & chairs, wonderful entertainment center with a 55” LED TV, home theater DVD/CD/MP3/USB Bluetooth Stereo, electric fireplace and Winegard satellite preparation.
You will feel right at home in the incredible bedroom suite. It features a slide-out King bed with a residential quality mattress, front seat with window, washer/dryer prep and desk! There will be plenty of storage with the "tall boy" dresser, under-bed storage and huge wardrobe. You will also have a second air conditioner, 32" LED TV and regulated electric wall heater for your comfort.

Do you ship RVs?
We can arrange delivery, the current transport rate is .95 per loaded mile (one way) for delivery to the contiguous United States. This rate is subject to change at any time as fuel prices fluctuate. If the rate does change, We will make our best effort to update the rate in a timely manner. You may estimate transportation costs by using an online mapping service, we are located in Walcott, Iowa. You might also check uship.com. It has become very difficult to transport into Canada due to broker requirements, if you would be interested in a rendezvous on the U.S. side of the border, we will provide the required bill of sale, no-recall letter and certificate of origin for Canadian import. Please contact us for our current transport schedule before buying or bidding.
Can you provide us with a hitch?
A standard fifth wheel hitch for a long bed is 0. A slider hitch for a 6.5' bed is 0, that includes installation at our location. Add 0 if you need a brake controller. We use Reese Pro hitch components. *
Additional brackets and hardware may be needed for some trucks.
Does this RV come with a warranty?
All of our new units come with a full manufacturer's warranty, good throughout the U.S. and Canada. In the unlikely event you would need warranty service, simply contact our service department and we will assist you in arranging service at your nearest authorized service center. We also offer the lowest priced extended service plans in the industry!

Yes, all of our RVs are fully prepped including full L.P. tanks, RV battery and sewer hose where applicable. All equipment is checked for proper functionality. We also offer a full complimentary orientation at our location.

The Quad City International Airport (MLI) is about 25 miles away, we will arrange transportation to our location in Walcott, Iowa.
