Marshall Pottery Kenneth Wingo Master Potter Texas Chili Bowl.   Hand painted, 5 inches tall and 6 inches wide including handle.  In great condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. There looks to be some blue on the inside from when the potter painted the words.
