Rare. Hand Forged late 1800s Filipino Visayan Cebu Pirah sword & original scabbard. A nice heavy weight where the weight is supposed to be for clean control of the blade. Forged in Fire would be pleased. You can feel the unique texture as you glide your fingers along the sides of the blade and immediately know it was hand forged.
This piece was owned by a Navy Vet who acquired it while overseas many years ago.
It has been well kept and in excellent condition.
A beautiful piece to add to a collectors display case.
