G Scale Nr-New Rasalto Circus Vintage Kit #211 "Animal Tent" High Quality Model

Description

Rasalto "Animal Tent" is a high quality kit for a surprisingly large open sided tent -- ends up needing a space of about 30" x 22".  No baseboard is provided for this item.  Intended for a circus set-up, but could be used for any rail or diorama purpose.
The last picture in the group provided shows (back left on the table -- dark blue) most of the tent set up in a circus diorama.
Rasalto produced a series of elaborate circus-themed large scale kits in Germany in the late 1970's -- including a very large main tent, some smaller tents, and various transportation items -- wagons, containers, cages, and at least one platform railway car, lighting, etc.  These are very high quality beautiful kits, mostly wood parts, with some metal and plastic pieces as needed.  The designer was Dr. Peter J. Pape, an engineer from Erlangen (in Bavaria, just north of Nuremberg).
There do not seem to be many of these kits still around, new or used...
