    Description

    The wood ceiling mounted track system was installed in "Dollhouses Trains & More" Novato California store before all was dismantled.  All is quality oak custom built and all parts are included in this sale.  No track or trains are included and installation help advice will be available by email or text to winning party.  No shipping is included and it is advised to pick up in Novato California.  Other shipping can be paid for by buyer.  The overall dimension is about 8' x 22' oval or shorter length if needed.  The diameter cannot change.  It includes train trestles also
