Your order will be shipped using a third party Less than Truck Load ("LTL") commercial freight delivery service. The LTL common carrier will be using an eighteen wheeler to deliver your product. AC Direct Inc. (dba AC America) will not be liable for undeliverable orders due to the inaccessability of the shipping address. In that circumstance, AC Direct Inc. will work with you the customer to arrange a nearby delivery or customer pick-up location.
Before accepting your order

that all items ordered have been delivered and none has been damaged. Make a visual inspection of the item by lifting up the carton. Cartons can be loosened at the bottom and lifted up for visual inspection of the item. If there is damage refuse the item or items and make notations on the drivers paperwork. Then call
