    Description

2 Beautiful and Unique  Prize Winning Art Deco or  Arts & Crafts American Art Pottery Ginger Jars or Rose Jars with pierced lids. Hand decorated and painted.  Created in 1923. One of a Kind pair.
Signed on bottom of one as shown in photo indicating that this pair of rose jars were created and  won a ribbon at the Oklahoma Free State Fair in Muskogee Oklahoma in 1923 by Mrs A.J. Mangum and was given as an Xmas present to her daughter Mrs. H.A. Lewis, nee Bess Sykes in 1925.
Floral decorated Ginger jars are about 7" high without lids and about 10" high with lids. They are about 8 1/4" across at widest.
Very nice antique condition with no chips, cracks or hairlines. There is a small amount of paint loss - mostly on lid rims that are not very noticeable and do not detract in my opinion.
Because of weight and size, Fedex ground is offered as a shipping option.
