This is a very STRIKING 10 piece set of VERY FINE/THIN porcelain/china from J. B. Beteson/Betson - occupied Japan era!
It can be considered a demitasse set, or a mini/child's set.
It consists of 5 tea cups and 5 matching saucers with an Asian figure sitting on cushions.
Brown, orange, yellow, green on ivory with metalic gold trim.
The cups measure approximately 1 7/8" tall X 1 3/8" wide.  The saucers are 3 3/4".
In VERY GOOD pre-owned condition!
